1. Booking & Acceptance

By paying the booking deposit to Bouticut Events, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

•  A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure the event date.
• 50 % of the payment is require 6 months before the wedding date 
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation, and the £150 deposit will be forfeited.

***Where the wedding is booked less than 6 months will a different date of payments

• The £150 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If the client cancels less than 28 days before the event, the full balance may be payable.

In the unlikely event that Bouticut Events is unable to provide the agreed services due to circumstances beyond our control, all payments made will be refunded excluding any non-recoverable costs.

All changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Setup and collection times will be agreed in advance. 

The client is responsible for ensuring venue access is granted for Bouticut Events to set up and collect 

Delivery and set up times must be adhered to, delays caused by the client may incur additional charges £60 per hour 

All decor items remain the property of Bouticut Events. The client is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond fair wear and tear.

 Styling will be carried out in line with the agreed quotation. Inspiration images are for guidance only.

All theme colours and floral arrangements must be finalized no later than 8 weeks before the wedding to ensure everything is prepared perfectly 

The client must ensure venue rules are followed. Unsafe or prohibited items may be refused.

Bouticut Events may use images of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

Reserve the right to use pictures before / after the set up but not during the wedding 

We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by improper use of equipment

The client is responsible for the safety and security of hired equipment while on their premises.

All our arch frames have been risk assessed and up to date 

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages

Bouticut Events shall not be liable for events beyond reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. We are committed to ensuring that any personal data collected is handled securely, fairly, and transparently.

We only collect and process personal information that is necessary for the specific purposes of fulfilling this contract and delivering our services. We do not collect excessive or irrelevant data, and all information is used solely for the intended contractual purpose.

All data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised personnel. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required to do so by law or where it is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations.We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, after which it is securely disposed of.
